Q. To what products do I subscribe?

A. To obtain a current subscription list, contact your Customer Service Representative or email us at CustomerService@lexisnexis.ca. To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner please provide your Customer Account number and contact information.

Q. How do I claim a missing page(s) or service issue?

A. To request copies of a missing page(s) from a looseleaf service, please complete the Request Missing Pages form, or you may contact your Customer Service Representative or email us at CustomerService@lexisnexis.ca. To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner please provide your Customer Account number, product title, list of missing material and contact information.

Q. How do I obtain a copy of an invoice?

A. To request a copy of an invoice, please complete the Request Invoice Copy form or you may contact your Customer Service Representative or email us at CustomerService@lexisnexis.ca. To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner please provide your Customer Account number, invoice number and contact information.

Q. Do you accept credit card payments?

A. Methods of payment include cheque, money order, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. To make a payment by phone please contact your Customer Service Representative or call toll free 1-800-668-6481.
