Request for Permission to Use Copyrighted Materials
For your convenience, an automated permission request form is provided for both U.S. customers and International customers. You may receive an automatic response provided that your request complies with our terms and conditions. If your request falls beyond the scope of our permissions policy, your request information will be forwarded to the Permissions Coordinator for review and processing.

In order to process your request, please make sure that you have the following information available to complete the permissions process:
- Full Name
- Company Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Fax Number
- Email Address
- Purpose of Request (if for educational or CLE use, please include name of class/seminar, sponsor/university name and when and where presented)
- Number of copies to be made
- Exact cites, reference or description of material to be distributed
- Method of distribution
Once this information is submitted, we will respond to your request as soon as possible. Due to the varied nature of the requests submitted for review, we cannot promise a specific turnaround time. However, please feel free to contact the Permissions Coordinator to discuss specific timing issues.
