Amelia is an Associate lawyer at MacDonald & Associates, an employment law firm specializing in Canadian employment law for both employers and employees. Amelia is passionate about client service and ran a global professional assistance company before re-entering the legal profession in 2016. In law school, she was a top-seeded finalist in the American Bar Association Client Counselling Competition, edited professionally for The Canadian Journal of Law & Jurisprudence, and completed her degree at the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law. Amelia also clerked at an international court and later articled at one of Canada's most prominent Bay Street firms. Outside the office, Amelia sits on the Board of Directors for Trails Youth Initiatives and enjoys athletic pursuits including running marathons.
