Brad Halfin is an associate in the Litigation Group at Goodmans. He has a broad-based practice focused principally in the areas of construction litigation, domestic arbitrations and commercial litigation. Brad's construction law practice involves resolving disputes for owners, general contractors and subcontractors, specifically in the areas of construction liens, contract claims and negligence claims. His practice also involves a broad range of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes and real estate arbitrations.

Brad has appeared in all levels of civil court in Ontario, including the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal. He has also been involved in several domestic arbitration proceedings.

Brad joined the firm as a summer student in 2007, articled in 2008–2009 and returned as an associate in 2009. Brad attended Osgoode Hall Law School and received the Dean's Gold Key Award for exceptional leadership, commitment and enthusiasm in his work for the Osgoode Hall Athletics Association.
