Chris Pelliccioni joined the Lexis Practice Advisor Canada team as a Content Lawyer specializing in the areas of corporate law and finance. Chris began his legal career in the Cleveland offices of Baker & Hostetler LLP before joining the business and finance group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Los Angeles and the project finance group at Chadbourne & Parke LLP. He has significant experience advising public and private companies on corporate and finance matters.
