Christopher is a lawyer and trade-mark agent and has extensive experience in the litigation of commercial issues in the intellectual property context, including patent and trade-mark infringement damages and accounting of profits and proceedings under section 8 of the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. In addition, Christopher has appeared before the Trade-marks Opposition Board in complex cases relating to pharmaceutical products.

Christopher is a lawyer (called to the bar of Ontario) and a registered Canadian trade-mark agent. Christopher obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours Biology) from the University of Ottawa and a Juris Doctor from Western University.
