Delee Fromm is both a lawyer and psychologist who provides training and coaching services to law firms in Canada and the U.S., a vast array of Canadian legal organizations, and various levels of government. She also designs and facilitates workshops for international corporations, banks and organizations. A large component of her business involves women's advancement programming. Currently she works with the Law Society of Ontario's career coaching program and is on the advisory board of Young Women in Law.
She is a faculty member of the LL.M. program in ADR at Osgoode Professional Development and guest lectures at York University and the University of Toronto. As a former partner of McCarthy Tetrault LLP, she practised commercial real estate law for 17 years. Prior to her career in law she was a neuropsychologist at a large psychiatric hospital in Alberta. She has contributed content for CBA Practice Link and written articles for The Lawyer's Weekly.
Her book Advance Your Legal Career: Essential Skills for Success was published by LexisNexis Canada in May 2014.
