Eric joined the LexisNexis Canada Practical Guidance team as a Content Lawyer in Commercial Law. He has practiced in the area of Commercial Law for almost 15 years with large national firms.

He also ran his own management and consulting company for several years providing business solutions and restructuring advice to help clients better manage and grow their business.

Eric is a graduate of the LL.B./M.B.A. joint degree program offered through Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. 

Eric joined the LexisNexis Canada Practical Guidance team as a Content Lawyer in Commercial Law.

Eric has practiced in the area of Commercial Law for almost 15 years with large national firms, such as McCarthy Tetrault in Toronto and Gowlings WLG in Ottawa.  He also worked with a Toronto firm, Owens Wright LLP, and with the City of Toronto’s legal services.

He also ran his own management and consulting company for several years providing business solutions and restructuring advice to help clients better manage and grow their business.

Eric is a graduate of the LL.B./M.B.A. joint degree program offered through Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. 

He previously earned an Honours B.A. from York University in Public Policy and Administration.  He parlayed his interest in politics into a successful run as the Campaign Manager for several high-profile Cabinet Ministers at both the Federal and provincial levels in Canada.

In addition to his interest in Commercial law and politics, Eric also has a keen interest in education, especially training business students to be more aware and to better understand the legal foundations of commercial transactions and procedures. 

He enjoys public speaking and is happily married to his wife Stephany.
