Hina practices in all areas of management-side employment, labour and human rights law with a particular focus on litigation. She also currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Industry Education Council of Hamilton.

Hina has acted on behalf of clients on matters involving all facets of management-side labour and employment law, including human rights, wrongful dismissals and grievance arbitrations. Hina appears regularly before courts and tribunals including the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

Hina has volunteered for a number of non-profit organizations including Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund, Amnesty International, Children’s Aid Society, Big Brothers & Big Sisters (GoGirls Program) and Inasmuch House for Women in Crisis.

Hina currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Industry Education Council of Hamilton.
