Ken is an In-House Counsel at Bank of Montreal. His practice focuses on corporate debt finance, including secured lending, project financing and structured financing.

Ken routinely advises major corporations and financial institutions, both domestic and foreign. He has advised on transactions including financings for Catalyst Paper, Bass Pro, Cott Corporation, Ontario Power Generation, Hydro One Inc. and Western Forest Products.

As a student with the firm, Ken participated in a secondment to Yahoo! Canada, where he advised on business and regulatory legal issues.

Ken is a member-at-large of the Ontario Bar Association's Business Law Section Executive, and he volunteers as duty counsel with Pro Bono Law Ontario.
