Mark is a litigator and experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on intellectual property matters. He has significant experience in trademark and patent litigation, including proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, as well as in confidential information, anti-counterfeiting and copyright disputes, particularly those relating to the Internet. Mark works closely with his clients, designing innovative legal strategies, to effectively secure, rapidly enforce and profitably capitalize on their intellectual property rights. Mark has been recognized for both his patent and trademark litigation success by: IAM Patent 1000, Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars, World Trademark Report 1000 and Best Lawyers in Canada.
