Melanie Wengle is a Partner and Trustee in Bankruptcy with the Insolvency & Restructuring practice of Farber Financial Group. Melanie joined Farber Financial Group in 2000. Prior to becoming a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy she practiced as a lawyer specializing in commercial litigation.

Melanie Wengle is a Partner and Trustee in Bankruptcy with the Insolvency & Restructuring practice of Farber Financial Group. Melanie joined Farber Financial Group in 2000. Prior to becoming a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy she practiced as a lawyer specializing in commercial litigation.

Melanie is active in management of the Firm's Personal Insolvency Division, supervising staff in more than 30 offices. Melanie is responsible for streamlining acquired insolvency practices into the Personal Insolvency Division. Melanie also serves as the division's lead on technical insolvency and legal issues.

In addition to being a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, Melanie is also an active member of the Law Society of Upper Canada ("LSUC") and taught the Insolvency section of Business Law for the Bar Admission Course. She has been a presenter on a number of occasions for LSUC as part of their 6-Minute Debtor Creditor program. Melanie also has presented at the Annual CAIRP Insolvency Forum, the Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.

Melanie combines her legal and insolvency knowledge when representing the firm in court in dealing with insolvency matters in all areas of the firm's administration, including complex court hearings.
