Naomi Solomon is currently Director, Regulatory Advisory Office with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). Prior to joining OLG, Naomi worked at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Senior Policy Counsel and the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC) as Managing Director.

Naomi Solomon is currently Director, Regulatory Advisory Office with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). She is a member of the Corporate Compliance leadership team responsible for managing OLG’s regulatory relationships and leads a team of compliance and legal professionals responsible to create maintain and oversee policies, procedures and controls related to OLG’s regulatory obligations. Prior to joining OLG, Naomi worked for many years in the financial industry, as a regulator in the role of Senior Policy Counsel with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), as an industry advocate in the role of Managing Director with the Investment Industry Regulatory Association (IIAC) and as an industry participant at a bank-owned dealer as Senior Manager of Compliance and Litigation Counsel. Naomi began her career in private practice concentrating in securities and commercial litigation.

Naomi has been a featured speaker on topics related to regulatory compliance including at Benchmark Women in Litigation Forum, IIAC and Investment Executive panels, IIROC Compliance Conferences and the National Society of Compliance Professionals meetings.

Naomi is also an approved coach with the Law Society of Ontario Coach and Advisor Network.
