Ora Wexler is a partner in Dentons’ Corporate group. Ms. Wexler's practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of capital market transactions and securities regulatory matters, including private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, investment funds, capital market regulatory compliance matters and other securities issues.

Ms. Wexler's practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of capital market transactions and securities regulatory matters, including private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, investment funds, capital market regulatory compliance matters and other securities issues.

She practices in the areas of securities and corporate finance law, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, financing, IPOs and public M&A. During law school, she was a member of the student government and participated in the competitive mooting program. She competed in the Davies National Corporate & Securities Law Moot Competition, where her team won the first-place factum and third-place team awards. In 2007, Ms. Wexler received the Cassels, Brock and Blackwell LLP Centennial Award in Practice Skills, which is awarded to the student who best combines achievement in practice skills courses and competitive moots.
