Peter practises primarily in the areas of wills, trusts and estates law, including the planning, preparation and ongoing advice to settlors, trustees and beneficiaries pertaining to all aspects of the administration of inter-vivos, Indigenous, off-shore and testamentary trusts. He received a TEP designation from STEP in 2000. Peter is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver, the CBA BC Wills & Trusts Section and an executive member of the Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section. Peter has presented numerous educational sessions relative to wills, trusts and estates. Peter was included in the 2019 (and since 2014) editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada (Trusts and Estates) and was rated by Martindale-Hubbell BV Distinguished 4.4 out of 5.
