  • Represented/advised a leading global information and communications technology solutions provider, including having an unlawful reprisal application dismissed on a summary basis
  • Represented/advised a full-service telecommunication, networking, construction and repair company, including successfully representing this company in arbitrations and before the Human Rights Tribunal and the courts
  • Represented/advised employers in the pharmaceutical, retail, financial services and gaming industries, including representation in wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights proceedings and judicial review applications
  • Represented/advised an employer who was succcessful in having a claim for benefits (on account of post-traumatic stress disorder) dismissed by Ontario's Workplace Safety and Insurance Board
