Sarah Fitzpatrick's practice focuses on the areas of charities, not-for-profits, and trusts. She provides general practical legal advice to these clients to assist them in carrying out their missions and mandates. Sarah counsels charities and not-for-profit clients on governance, regulatory compliance, social enterprise, and gift planning. She assists clients with general corporate legal matters, including major business and restructuring.

 Sarah is an active member in the community. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Canadian Bar Association, British Columbia Charities and Not-for-Profit Law Subsection.
