Shane Henry's practice is dedicated to helping those who have suffered serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability and medical malpractice. A significant portion of Shane's practice involves disputing insurers' denials of benefits designed to assist accident victims through their recovery. Shane has practised exclusively in the area of plaintiffs' personal injury law since his call to the Bar in Ontario in 2009.
After being called to the Bar, Shane began working with Oatley Vigmond LLP as an articling student in 2008.
Shane has twice been elected Chair of the New Lawyers Division of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association ("OLTA"). In that capacity, he sits as a non-voting member of the OTLA Board of Directors. His articles on personal injury law have been published in The Litigator, the Journal of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and The Saskatchewan Advocate, a Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association publication.
