Susan is a family law lawyer in Toronto. She works with individuals and other family law lawyers on all types of family law matters with a focus on providing limited scope and unbundled legal services. Because of the varied nature of her practice, Susan has unique experience in assisting low-, mid- and high-income clients with a wide variety of family law issues, including parenting, child and spousal support and property division.

Susan is a family law lawyer working as a sole practitioner in the Toronto area. She works with individuals and other lawyers on all types of family law matters, providing limited scope and unbundled legal services on a project-by-project basis.

Susan has a keen interest in access to justice issues.  She was a member of the initial advisory committee for the Family Law Limited Scope Services Project and on the subcommittee for the Barrie Summary Legal Counsel pilot project.  She is a panel lawyer with Advice & Settlement Counsel Toronto, Legal Aid Ontario (duty counsel) and MCSS for cases in which they have an assigned support interest.  She is the co-founder of The Family Law Workshop which offers interactive small group workshops for the public. 

Because of the varied nature of her practice, Susan has unique experience in assisting low-, mid- and high-income clients with a wide variety of family law issues, including parenting, child and spousal support, and property division. She enjoys working together with individuals dealing with family law issues as well as other lawyers who need assistance with family law matters, to achieve efficient, thoughtful and practical results for families.
