Pertinent Case Law
Stay current with the leading case law in Ontario. Cases are selected for inclusion based on multiple factors, such as whether they make new law by dealing with a novel situation, clarify conflicting decisions, or interpret widely-applicable legislation.
Timely Case Law
Most cases included in Ontario Reports are published within three months of their release by the court. Members of the legal profession and judiciary are welcome to submit cases to the Editorial Board, care of LexisNexis Canada, for consideration for reporting in Ontario Reports.
Comprehensive Weekly Parts
Stay up-to-date. The weekly parts of Ontario Reports contain official Law Society notices (i.e., Practice Directions, Practice Resources and Tribunal Decisions), government notices of interest to the legal profession, fee schedules, lawyers' announcements and advertising.
Subject Index and Classification Scheme
The Consolidated Subject Index features all of the catchlines of cases reported in specific volumes, listed alphabetically, and in accordance with the Ontario Reports Classification Scheme. The Index also includes an alphabetical Consolidated Table of Cases.
Advertise with Ontario Reports
If you want to reach the legal market effectively, advertise in the publication Ontario's lawyers turn to first -- Ontario Reports. A personally addressed copy is delivered to Law Society members each week.
