Dusan joined LexisNexis Canada in November 2018 as a Product Adoption and Learning Consultant in Calgary, AB and transitioned to a manager role in January 2022. Before joining LexisNexis Canada, Dusan worked in a variety of industries as corporate trainer and manager, where he gained extensive experience in managing end user software changes. He is passionate about technology and training people how to get the most out of their software products. Dusan holds Bachelor's degrees in History and Communications & Journalism, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Prior to joining LexisNexis Canada in 2022, Connie held various roles, including that of trainer, for a global software company developing applications for use in university, college, and research libraries. She enjoys helping people learn to perform expert research and to use software applications efficiently. Outside of work, she spends time reading, listening to and making music, exploring the area, and cooking (ask her about peach cobbler sometime). Connie is based in Calgary.

Gordon has had a long career in legal publishing. He has had many roles from editor to product developer which have given him a deep understanding of legal research and using search engines. In recent years, he has gained extensive experience on training people to use online research services. At LexisNexis Canada, he looks forward to making sure clients derive the maximum value from their LexisNexis services.

Nikki holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. Nikki stated her career in the BPO Industry as a Customer Service and Technical Support representative servicing American clients for 2 years. She joined Lexis Nexis Canada back in May 2018 as a Customer Experience specialist for Large Law clients. She has a passion for the visual arts mainly photography, sculpture and architecture. During her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and going on road trips with her 4 brothers. Little known fact about Nikki is that she is also a Basketball enthusiast and was a varsity collegiate player.

Ron has been with LexisNexis since 2003. He is based in Ottawa and is fluent in English and French. Ron is a professional and patient trainer who values his time training and supporting all types of legal professionals, including judges, law students (both civil and common law) and those at large national law firms and government departments, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Michael is an animal lover, in fact he has 20 canine friends under his care. In his spare time he likes to watch TV series and assemble computers.

Ranishta joined LexisNexis as a Product Adoption and Learning Consultant in November 2020. She not only holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours, but also has a Master in translation and terminology with a specialization in legal translation. Ranishta is fluent in both English and French. Her experience as a law student and, later, as a legal professional allows her to better understand and empathize with the needs of students, paralegals and lawyers alike in terms of legal research. As such, she likes to make sure that the training she delivers is catered to the information and tools that are most relevant to her clients’ needs. When she’s not working, Ranishta spends her time reading fantasy books, crocheting, embroidering and crafting jewelry.

Jona holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Business Management. Jona started his career in the BPO Industry in 2012 and worked as a Senior Supervisor servicing clients globally for 5 years. He joined LexisNexis Canada in June 2022 as a PAL Consultant for Solo clients. When out of the office, he enjoys travelling and visiting new places and try different food and experience. Little known fact about Jona is that he is also a singer and dancer as an overall performer.

During college, she took up Bachelor of Science in Nusing for 3 years. She spends most of her spare time gardening, reading books and writing while listening to jazz music. She loves learning more to share more.

Angeline is the Product Adoption and Learning Consultant for BC. She loves legal research and is excited to be on the cutting edge of it and legal technology at LexisNexis Canada. She believes legal research is a fantastic skill to have. Angeline brings her background in law and experience in teaching legal research at a university into this role. She is well-versed with the Canadian rules of legal citations and various legal research tools. She looks forward to meeting customers first hand and supporting them with their legal research needs in the field. She is happy to customize sessions for users of all levels and welcomes all questions.

Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2023, she had amassed has over a 15 years of experience in client-facing roles in a variety of industries. She has a passion for people, culture and history. In her free time, she’s an avid movie watcher, music-lover, podcast-listener, reader, cyclist, foodie and likes to spend time with her dog both outdoors and indoors.
