Marie Hélène has been with LexisNexis for over 12 years and has held various positions. She has been a Legal Editor and the Account Executive for Quebec and Northern New Brunswick. She is currently a Senior Training Specialist based in our Montreal office. She holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2002. Marie Hélène's solid legal knowledge and editorial and sales experience help her give comprehensive training sessions in English and French as well as Civil and Common law.

Jhouie joined LexisNexis in November of 2011 as a Customer Service Representative and adjunct trainer for Account Care - online. She was promoted as one of the Training Specialist of BSO (Business Services Optimization) supporting the new hire onboarding and processes of Print and Digital Publishing Solutions (P&DS) service group in February 2014. Furthermore, she has been conducting cross content skills training; instructor led or virtual in different business units as requested and has also completed the necessary certification to equip herself in her area of specialization. She is now a member of the Product Adoption & Learning Team and aims to exceed expectations in providing support to our customers in adoption of LexisNexis products. Jhouie is very passionate in teaching, learning and sharing her knowledge to achieve an excellent customer experience.

Zarah Edralin finished a degree in Creative Writing and proceeded to work in the fast-paced world of business process services where she immensely enjoyed delivering a WOW customer experience. Passionate about sharing best practices and helping others achieve operational goals, she then moved to Workplace Learning and Performance in 2007 in different capacities for several Fortune 500 companies mostly in the financial and telecom industries. Her keen eye for detail and excitement in learning new things brought her to customer engagement innovation through technology solutions where she developed user experience design on top of her training delivery expertise. Zarah loves watching movies, and doesn’t mind reading the book later. She is blessed with two lovely children.

Felix studied law in England, his home country, before moving to Canada in 2012. He worked for LexisNexis UK while studying at Sheffield University, and rejoined the company in Toronto in 2014 to work on a project to transition Quicklaw clients to Lexis Advance Quicklaw. In early 2017, Felix relocated to Vancouver to take on the Product Adoption & Learning Consultant role for British Columbia. He enjoys many aspects of working with clients, including helping them to integrate LexisNexis tools into their workflow and solving their challenges. In his spare time, he loves to run, ski, and enjoy all that BC has to offer.

Prior to working at LexisNexis, she occupied roles in product management and training at Wolters Kluwer CCH, serving clients in the legal, tax, healthcare, and human resources sectors. Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in Adult Education, as well as a Certified Training and Development Professional (“CTDP”) designation. She delights in building ongoing relationships with clients and invites them to contact her directly for support in optimizing their use of LexisNexis solutions.

Mike was hired in August 2016 as a Customer Training Specialist for Reed Elsevier. He was a Quality and Training Lead for IBM prior to joining LexisNexis Canada. He also did his legal internship a mid-size law specializing in Corporate and Transactional Law practice.

Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has recently completed his Bachelor of Laws degree and is going to take the Bar Exams in November 2017. He likes to spend his time reading books, traveling and watching movies.

Leila Turner

Leila joined LexisNexis Canada in September of 2014. Prior to that, she taught Information, Communication and Technology for nine years in London, England before joining Wolters Kluwer as a Trainer in 2010. She brings with her over fifteen years of instructional design, development and facilitation of both classroom and web-based training. As well as holding a Certificate in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, Leila also holds her Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation with The Institute for Performing and Learning (formerly the Canadian Society of Training & Development). Leila enjoys working directly with customers to improve their product knowledge and efficient use of the legal products offered by LexisNexis Canada.
