How COVID-19 is impacting legal practice in Canada

LexisNexis Canada invited legal professionals from across Canada to participate in a confidential survey on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted their practice. The survey was conducted during the months of June and July – a time when Canada confirmed over 25,000 new COVID-19 cases and experienced record unemployment rates between 10.9%-12.3%.

This report details the significant and widespread effects the pandemic is having on the legal profession in Canada and how they are dealing with the changes.
